Grandmother, Rule-Breaker, Legacy Builder
For years, she’d wanted to do a boudoir session—but could never quite find the right place. That changed the moment one striking photo from Dream Boudoir popped up on her Facebook feed. That image sparked a fire, and she made the call. Her session was booked months in advance, and even though COVID delayed it, she never let go of the dream.
On September 25, she walked into the studio at 72 years old with nerves, sass, and a very clear vision: the iconic purple robe shot. And when she saw her images? Her words said it all—“They look fabulous, and I love them.” The shoot wasn’t just a gift for herself. It was something more—a bold, joyful legacy she plans to leave behind.
“Even if you’re 80, you should do it. I’m 72, and I did it for me. But I’m also leaving these photos for my grandkids—because they already know I’m the craziest grandma they have.”
The purple robe. The laughter. The certainty. The joy of a woman doing something entirely for herself, with no apology and no explanation—only celebration.
HER MESSAGE TO OTHERS
“It doesn’t matter how old you are. Do what you want. Go for it. Live out loud.”
